HEALTH STATEMENT
Royal Gem Staffing Specialty, LLC., hereinafter referred to as “Agency,” will participate and be in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Agency is licensed as a health care staffing agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality. The Agency will provide healthcare staff to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, doctors’ offices, mental institutions, assisted living facilities and development disability group homes, as well as penal institutions. long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes, in Baltimore City and the following counties in Maryland: Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Calvert, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George's, Queen Anne’s, St. Mary’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties.
